Our offering in this sphere includes advice and support on Quality systems development and leveraging our experiences of Lean Manufacturing and Quality excellence from automotive (Toyota) origins.
Leadership, culture/process and systems (change) to drive Customer first, Quality first and Safety first – and the flow of Customer value along fit-for-purpose systems - embedding a Quality lens at every level in the organisation.
A TQM dominant focus of TPS principles, tools and techniques - leading Continuous Improvement from the Q in SQCDP. Appropriate tools and techniques such as Quality Circles, Gemba Walks, Tiered Meetings and Daily Activity including Inspections, Checklists and QC reporting such as RFT, ZDF, FPY, RTY and COPC. We also support on Quality investigations and PS tool such a 5-Why, 8D and PDCA.
And, alignment to Quality certification (eg. ISO9001) and a Quality Management System (QMS). And for the brave, we work with partners to take clients to the heights of Shingo certification and awards.
On the Safety side, we also have significant specialist experience in managing Internal Investigations alongside external Health & Safely Executive (HSE) investigations - plus the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
